Privacy Policy

At Growth Beginning we respect your privacy. This page explains what data our website collects, why, how we keep it, and your rights over it, under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

Only what you type into the website’s forms yourself (“Contact us”, “Book a free consultation” and “The Decision Room”):

  • Your name and mobile number, and your e-mail if you give it.
  • Your company, city and website, if you give them.
  • The service you are interested in, your message, and your answers in “The Decision Room”.

With each request we keep the time you agreed to this policy and the page you sent it from. We never ask for financial or identity data, and visitors do not create accounts.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request and contact you about it.
  • To understand what you need and suggest the right service.
  • To keep the forms free of spam.

We do not use your data for anything else, and we never sell or rent it.

Where it is kept and who sees it

  • Your request is kept in the website’s dashboard, seen only by the Growth Beginning team handling it.
  • A copy reaches the company’s e-mail so we can follow up quickly.
  • Our hosting provider and our e-mail provider process the data on our behalf, only to run these services.
  • We do not share your data with any advertising party.

Protecting the forms

To stop automated spam, we use your device’s internet address (IP) in a one-way coded form, for one hour only, to limit repeated sending. It is never stored with your request. The website’s security systems may also log addresses for a short time to block attacks.

Cookies and storage in your browser

  • The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics tools.
  • It keeps a few simple preferences in your own browser to make browsing easier — such as your “Stop motion” choice and your chat with Nomo during the same visit. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
  • Nomo looks for the answer inside your browser, so your questions are not sent to us.

Outside services

  • Videos: the website connects to YouTube only when you press play on a video, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube’s policy applies to what you watch.
  • The WhatsApp, call and social media links open those services, and their own policies apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on our work together, then we delete it once it is no longer needed, or whenever you ask.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may:

  • Know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct or update your data.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to info@growthbeginning.com or on WhatsApp at 920013225, and we will reply as soon as possible. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website’s services change, and we will show the new date at the top of this page.
