By the numbers

We created an experience that paired celebration with participation and brought the schools closer to families and the community.

Planning and coordination aligning the event details with the schools and the collaborating organizations, and arranging the program and operational needs.
Venue setup coordinating the stage, the screen, and the activity areas to host the shows, the contests, and audience participation.
Creating engagement running the contests, entertainment segments, the artistic performance, and drawing areas, plus handing out gifts, flags, and scarves and holding the prize draw.
On-site management overseeing delivery and coordinating the program segments and participating teams throughout the event.

From concept to venue

We turned the celebration into a complete experience, bringing together a varied program of activities, site planning, and coordination with the participating organizations, so the identity of the occasion and the schools' message met in every detail.

Moments that brought everyone together

Flags held high, children joining in, families gathered to celebrate their country. The program ranged from shows to activities and contests, attended by the CEO of the Namar Community Development Association and several Municipality officials.
